Український Магістрат виник ще з Київської Русі. Правда тоді він називався: "Суспільство Чарів". А вже у 1895 р. ми стали називатися Українське Міністерство Магії, або ж Український Магістрат.

Ще за часів Суспільства Чарів, український Магістрат зайняв місце в трійці правлячих держав у Магії (Україна - Польша - Румунія).

Існує ця велична трійця і донині, і назва їй - Верховний Консулат Магії.

У українського Магістрату є свої: конституція, парламент, права. Дотримуватися їх повинні кожна людина, звір, ельф, гном і будь-яке інше створіння пов'язане з чарами.

Ми офіційно пишаємося: 25 тис.+ представництв Міністерства Магії України, близько 100 млн. живих істот різних рас підкоряються Українському Магістрату, ми в трійці найсильніших країн в плані магії.
